Job Description

Develops a customer relationship that promotes product or solution usage, retention, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
Acts as a point of contact between the client and other internal teams regarding the client’s feedback.
Follows up with clients on the status of vacancies and optimizes the workflow to meet required KPIs and targets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging our services effectively and finding value in our services
Work closely with the Sales team and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal with the assistance of the sales team
Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage
Works closely on retaining different accounts and clients

Requirements & Qualifications

Very good to Fluent oral and written English
At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or the Call Center field is a Plus
Previous experience with online recruitment is a bonus
Good experience with CRM tools
Superior phone Communication skills
Attention to details
Willingness to learn and develop in the recruitment field
