Recruitment Specialist ( Blue Collar )

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue collar positions.Source, screen, and hire drivers, outdoor sales representatives, and storekeepers.Prepare and post job ads across different platforms.Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs.Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up with new hires.

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue collar hiring.Proven track record in hiring drivers, outdoor sales representatives, and storekeepers.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Male candidates are preferred.
