Job Description
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards and regulations.
- Supervise and manage the Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Analyze quality performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
- Prepare and present quality reports and KPIs to senior management.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably within Electrical Manufacturing or Electrical Industries.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and quality tools.
- Experience in managing quality teams and leading improvement projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Good command of English.
