HSE Manager

Manage fire system testing, calibration, and certification processes.Ensure accuracy of test results and documentation.

Maintain lab equipment and testing rigs (pump performance testing, flow tests, etc.)

Oversee fire protection systems.lead and supervise engineers and technicians.Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.

Build technical capability within the team.Troubleshoot system failures and performance issues.Ensure up time and reliability of all systems.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred) or related field.7–12+ years in fire protection systems.

Strong experience with fire pumps.Experience managing teams (engineers + technicians).Experience in testing labs or field commissioning is a big plus.Familiar with pump curves, flow/pressure testing.Experience with software design.Leadership and team management Problem-solving under pressure.

Strong communication skills.
