10+ years of experience in export/commercial rolesBackground in chemicals, pesticides, or agricultural inputs is a MUSTStrong commercial/export experience (not logistics-focused)Solid understanding of the agriculture/farming sectorProven track record in international sales and market expansionVery good command of EnglishStrong computer skillsExperience with ERP systems is a plus (Odoo is highly preferred)Strong personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
