Shopify Operation Coordinator

Job Description:We are looking for a Shopify & Operations Coordinator to manage our day-to-day e-commerce operations.

The role involves handling orders, coordinating with the warehouse and shipping partners, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience from order placement to delivery.

You will also be responsible for maintaining product listings and supporting overall website performance.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and update products on Shopify (uploads, descriptions, pricing)Process and follow up on daily ordersCoordinate with warehouse and shipping companiesTrack inventory and ensure stock accuracyHandle order issues, returns, and exchangesMonitor website performance and report any issuesEnsure smooth operation of the online store

Requirements:Experience with Shopify is preferredExperience dealing with shipping companies and order fulfillment processesStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detailGood communication skillsAbility to work on-site full time
