Quality Assurance Section Head

Define and scope improvement opportunities.Drive the momentum of each process improvement project forward, on schedule, and under budget where applicable.Participate in and develop Lean activities (Kaizen, VSM, etc.).Devise and Establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.Set up and maintain control and documentation procedures.Plan Internal Audit.Participate and apply necessary technical skills (DMAIC, Lean) to deliver improvement results.

Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.Coach plant personnel on Six Sigma, Lean tools.Employ overall Quality knowledge and concepts when working through initiatives.

Educational Requirements: Engineering DegreeSpecial Certification or Training Required: Lean Six Sigma Black BeltRequired Industry Experience: 3-5 Years
