General Accountant

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and financial integrity.

Lead the financial closing process, including the preparation of journal entries, accruals, and departmental allocations.

Assist in the preparation of accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Manage the fixed asset register, including recording additions, disposals, and calculating monthly depreciation.

Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation for internal and external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.

Perform complex bank reconciliations and manage intercompany transactions, ensuring all balances are matched and settled.

Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and enhance internal controls to mitigate financial risk.

Support the preparation of tax filings (VAT, Corporate Tax, etc.) and ensure all statutory requirements are met.
