Export Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review all export shipping documents including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Bills of Lading.Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, freight agents, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.Monitor shipment movement and follow up until final delivery.Ensure compliance with customs regulations and destination country requirements.Handle export documentation through the Nafeza system.Use SAP to track shipments, manage documentation, and maintain export records.Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.Support export subsidy (Export Support) file follow-up and related documentation when required.Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and logistics activities.

Proven experience in export logistics, international business, or related field.

Strong knowledge of export documentation, international shipping, and customs regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and external partners efficiently.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.

Proficiency in English is required.
