Job Description

Lead and supervise the Electrical Maintenance team to ensure reliable and efficient operation of production machinery and electrical systems.
Plan and follow up onpreventive and corrective maintenanceactivities to minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.
Troubleshoot electrical and automation problems affecting production equipment and ensure timely corrective actions.
Monitor the performance and availability of electrical systems, production machines, and related utilities.
Ensure proper implementation of maintenance schedules, procedures, and safety requirements.
Analyze recurring electrical breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production, Mechanical Maintenance, Quality, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Follow up on electrical spare parts, maintenance needs, and technical requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related tomachine reliability, energy efficiency, downtime reduction, and maintenance performance.
Lead, coach, and develop the electrical maintenance team.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
7–8 years of relevant experiencein industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong hands-on experience inindustrial electrical systems and automation.
Good knowledge and practical experience with:PLC & HMIVFD / InvertersServo Motors & DrivesSensors & Industrial Control SystemsMCCs & Control PanelsIndustrial electrical circuits and troubleshooting

Industrial electrical circuits and troubleshooting
Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintainingautomated production machinery.
Previous experience inPlastic Manufacturing, Injection Molding, PET Preform, or Blow Moldingis highly preferred.
Experience withHusky, Zhafir, Sidel, or similar plastic-processing machineryis an advantage.
Good knowledge ofpreventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Experience in leading and supervising an electrical maintenance team.
Ability to analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
Good knowledge ofindustrial safety and electrical safety standards.
Willingness to work in ashift-based manufacturing environmentwhen required.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
