Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance7–10 years of experience (at least 2–3 years in managerial role)Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reportingExperience in manufacturing is a plusStrong Excel and ERP skillsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail
