Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Record and review daily accounting transactions.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Control and audit petty cash transactions.
Follow up on customer collections and outstanding payments.
Verify supplier invoices and process payments.
Prepare and review VAT-related transactions and tax filings.
Assist in monthly closing activities.
Maintain inventory and fixed asset accounting records.
Review payroll-related accounting entries.
Prepare financial reports as required.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and Egyptian tax regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
Good knowledge of Egyptian taxation and VAT.
Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and bank reconciliation.
Good knowledge of inventory and fixed asset accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
