R&D Packaging Engineer

Develop innovative packaging solutions aligned with product requirements and brand standards.Conduct material research and testing to improve packaging performance and durability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Marketing, Procurement).Evaluate and validate packaging materials and suppliers.Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.Optimize packaging cost without compromising quality.Lead packaging trials and analyze results for continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Science, or a related field2–5 years of experience in packaging R&D or a similar role.Strong knowledge of packaging materials (plastic, paper, glass, etc.).Familiarity with testing methods and quality standards.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
