Operations Specialist – Export (FCL)

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to handle (FCL) export shipments, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and timely execution of all export operations.

Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end FCL export operations from booking to shipment executionCoordinate with shipping lines for space booking and schedule confirmationsFollow up on cargo readiness and shipment deadlines with customersPrepare and verify export documents (BL, Shipping Instructions, VGM, etc.)Ensure containers are loaded and shipped according to scheduleTrack shipments and provide regular updates to customersResolve operational issues and delays in a timely mannerLiaise with internal departments and external service providers, including trucking and operations teams, to ensure smooth and timely shipment executionManage complete operational documentation process, from file opening in the system through file closing, including accurate data entry, shipment updates, and issuance of invoiceNegotiate with shipping lines regarding rates and maintain strong professional relationships Relevant Experience Includes:Coordinating export operationsDirect communication with shipping lines and freight forwardersBooking management, shipment follow-up,Customs clearance coordination and shipment documentation especially IS Filling (USA Shipments)Coordination with transport providers

Requirements:Minimum from 3 into 4 years of experience in FCL export operations (freight forwarding industry)Strong knowledge of shipping lines and export proceduresGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and operational/ERP systems
