Analyzing sales and gathering purchase requests from sales departments.Preparing purchase orders and production forecasts with foreign suppliers.Daily contact with foreign suppliers to implement all import procedures as per the required regulations.Following up suppliers accounts and settling payments.Negotiating best freight rates with freight forwarders.Daily contact with customs clearance agents to follow up clearance of shipments and delivery to warehouses.Input the information of incoming shipments on the company's systems.

BS of Business/Accounting/Economics/Finance.0 to 3 years of experience.Excellent written and spoken English.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Well organized and good attention to detailsA knowledge of the import procedures in Egypt is a plus.
