HR Specialist

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles.Support organizational development initiatives (performance management, competency frameworks, and employee engagement).Assist in designing and updating job descriptions and organizational structures.Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve hiring and OD processes.

2+ years of experience in Recruitment and Organizational Development.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview methodologies.Familiarity with OD practices (performance management, KPIs, competency models).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
