Responsible for executing the training plan for the new hires in sales Department to give them full information about Realme and the technical training about Realme's product sales.

Monitoring and reviewing the progress of training through assessment.

Researching new technologies and methodologies in Workplace learning and presenting this research.

Supporting and motivating the promoters in the stores to achieve their targets.

Responsible for training material and it's updates.

Responsible for the promotional activities.

Experience 1-3 years as a trainer (student activities would be appreciated).Excellent leadership skills.Excellent presentation & communication skills.Bachelor degree.
