Receive, record, and follow up on client requests.

Create and manage Sales Orders using Odoo ERP.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in administration, operations support, or customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
Experience with Odoo ERP is an advantage.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
