Planning Engineer

We are Orascom Res Sea seeking a qualified Planning Engineer to join our construction team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and supporting project delivery through effective planning, reporting, and analysis.Prepare, develop, and update project schedules using Primavera (P6)Develop detailed project programs with resource loadingParticipate in tender planning and preparation of time schedulesEstablish and maintain baseline schedules and track performance against themMonitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reportsIdentify delays and develop recovery programs to meet project deadlinesPerform delay analysis and support in claims preparationCoordinate with project teams to ensure proper execution as per scheduleMaintain planning databases, including resource and cost loadingSupport management with accurate forecasting and planning insights

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)6–8 years of experience in tendering and project schedulingStrong knowledge of Primavera P6Proven experience in planning within construction projectsGood analytical and reporting skillsAbility to prepare time schedules Experience in developing detailed programs with resource loadingAbility to review and update baseline schedulesExperience in preparing and implementing recovery programsKnowledge of claims preparation and delay analysis
