Development and design of mechanical and electromechanical parts and control elements in automotive interiorImplementation of customer requirements, such as surface finishes and tactile feel functionsCreation of CAD models and drawings (in Catia V5)Performing basic engineering calculations (strength, tolerances)Selection of suitable materials (thermoplastics material)Supporting optimization of series products (quality, cost, performance)Execution of clearly defined work packages from the German development teamDocumentation of results in English for the central development departmentRegular coordination with project managers in Germany

Bachelor Degree in mechatronics.experience working as a design engineer or mechanical designerfrom 4 to 6 years of practical work experience or internships in mechanical design/product development with plastic materialProficiency in 3D CAD software (Catia V5 preferred, alternatives like Creo, NX, SolidWorks accepted)Basic knowledge of engineering calculations and material scienceVery good English skills (German language skills advantageous, but not mandatory)Willingness to closely collaborate with international teams (remote coordination from Germany)Accuracy and reliability in documentation and reporting
