Job Description

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Contact prospective customers and understand their needs and requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements when required.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers within company guidelines.
  • Follow up with leads and prospective customers to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
