QA & Document Control Specialist

NILEWOOD is looking for a QA & Document Control Specialist to maintain our quality documentation system and support quality data analysis across the plant.

The role plays a key part in keeping controlled documents accurate and up to date, and in turning quality data into insights the team can act on.The following qualifications and experience are required for this role:Maintain and control quality documents, records, and controlled copies in line with ISO 9001 requirementsManage document numbering, revisions, approvals, and distributionAnalyze quality data using statistical tools and charts (Pareto, Bar, Histogram) to identify trends and improvement areasPrepare quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviewSupport internal audits and documentation reviewsCoordinate with production and quality teams to ensure document control procedures are followed Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field3–5 years of experience in QA / Document ControlProfessional use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;

Power BI is a strong plusStrong command of statistical tools and analysis charts (Pareto, Bar, Histogram)Working knowledge of ISO 9001
