Outbound Software Sales Specialist

We’re looking for a Software Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident in outreach, and passionate about driving new business in the software industry.

• Generate new leads through outbound prospecting and cold outreach
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities and customer needs
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Present and promote software solutions to prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding
• Track and report on outreach and sales performance
• experience in software sales or tech sales
• Proven ability to generate leads independently
• Strong experience in cold calling and outbound sales activities
• Fluent English (spoken and written is a must)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets ➕ Nice to Have
• Background in marketing or lead generation strategies
• Experience selling software solutions and services
