Oracle Development Section Head.

Role DescriptionThe Oracle Development Lead manages the Oracle Development team, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Oracle applications to support business objectives.

The role ensures projects align with organizational strategies, monitors progress, and addresses risks to ensure successful delivery.

It also involves enhancing Oracle solutions, mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, and maintaining quality development practices.

Additionally, the role supports Oracle E-Business Suite by developing customizations and integrations using tools such as Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Oracle APIs.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Master’s Degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.Proven track record in managing complex Oracle projects and teams.Proficiency in Oracle applications and development tools.Experience with Oracle Cloud solutions preferred.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.Proficiency in English required.
