Job Description

Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing, and agreements.
Monitor account performance, sales trends, and market opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent client experience.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on account performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

3–7 years of experience inKey Account Management / B2B Sales / Business Development.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Commercial mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Good command ofEnglish.
Experience inFMCG, Beauty, Retail, or E-commerceis a plus.
