Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness within our yarn and textile manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will analyze production processes, optimize workflows, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement efficient workflows, layouts, and standard operating procedures.Conduct time and motion studies to optimize labor and machine utilization.Monitor production performance and recommend strategies to increase productivity.Collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams to improve processes.Reduce waste and operational costs through process optimization.Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare reports on efficiency metrics, KPIs, and cost analysis.Support capacity planning and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an industrial engineering role, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of production processes, preferably in yarn or textile operations.Experience with time studies, process mapping, and workflow optimization.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel).Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.Knowledge of textile production processes such as spinning, weaving, or knitting.Certification in Industrial Engineering or related fields is a plus.
