Technical Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated, science-oriented individual to join us as a Technical Sales Specialist.

This role offers a recent graduate the opportunity to enter the biotechnology distribution industry through a direct mentorship program.You won't be expected to know everything on day one.

We will personally guide you through our product portfolios and client management strategies.

As you gain expertise, you will have the autonomy to revive dormant accounts and build your own client list at your own pace.

What you will do:Master the technical specifications of products for PCR, Electrophoresis, Cell Culture, and Immunoassays.Conduct regular field visits to understand client needs and provide solutions.Use your biology background to recommend the exact products (PCR, Cell Culture, etc.) that solve those problems.Prepare and send out professional price quotations.Follow up on pending sales and coordinate the logistics—from arranging (or occasionally personally handling) delivery to ensuring the final payment is collected.Identify and develop new business opportunities to earn uncapped commissions.

A Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Biotechnology (Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).You should feel comfortable discussing lab techniques like PCR and Cell Culture.Friendly but professional communication style.

Fluency in Arabic and very good command of English.Ability to handle daily travel within Cairo
