Showroom Sales Engineer

Job PurposeThe Senior Showroom Sales Engineer is responsible for driving showroom sales, delivering an excellent customer experience, achieving sales targets, and supporting the showroom’s overall commercial performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and provide suitable product solutions.Guide customers through product selection based on design and technical requirements.Achieve individual and branch sales targets.Support closing of high-value sales opportunities.Maintain excellent showroom standards and customer experience.Ensure accurate ERP and CRM updates and compliance with operational procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in showroom sales or retail sales.Experience in finishing materials is highly preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.Good commercial awareness and sales orientation.Experience using ERP and CRM systems is preferred.
