Job Description

Manage allshipping and export logistics operationsfrom order confirmation to final delivery.
Coordinate withShipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, and Transporters.
HandleExport Documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, Certificates, and other required documents.
Ensure timelybooking of containers, vessel schedules, stuffing, and shipment dispatch.
Monitor shipping costs and negotiate rates with logistics service providers.
Ensure compliance withEgyptian customs regulations and international shipping requirements.
Coordinate withSales, Export, Warehouse, Production, Finance, and Qualityteams.
Track shipments and resolve delays, claims, demurrage, and detention issues.
Manage and develop the shipping team and improve logistics efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree inLogistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
8–12 years of experiencein Shipping / Export Logistics.
Strong experience inAgriculture, Fresh Produce, Frozen Food, Food & Beverage, or FMCG.
Strong knowledge ofSea Freight, Container Shipping, Export Documentation & Customs.
Experience dealing withinternational shipping lines and freight forwarders.
Very goodEnglish communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
