product development and upgradingAssist in the development of new products and the upgradation of existing designs.Undertake short-term and long-term projects focused on innovation in primary and secondary packaging.Perform routine activities such as conducting trials, evaluations, and approvals; coordinate with manufacturing units for first-batch production; and obtain and provide feedback.Provide technical and packaging support to the Marketing team.Cost OptimizationAssist in implementing cost reduction and optimization programs.Ensure that product quality is not compromised as a result of cost reduction initiatives.Vendor DevelopmentAssist in selecting vendors that offer the best combination of quality, technology, and cost advantages.Develop and maintain a network of reliable and efficient vendors utilizing advanced technologies.

Bachelor degree (chemistry, mechanical engineering) or any relevant degree from reputable universityPrevious experience in FMCG or packaging field is preferable.Good command of both written and spoken English languageExperience in ERP ,( SAP is preferable)
