Purchasing Specialist

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Pricing Specialist to join our Marine Supply team.

You will be responsible for sourcing marine stores, spare parts, and provisions while ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery to vessels.

Key ResponsibilitiesSource and negotiate with suppliers for marine technical equipment and provisions.Prepare accurate and competitive quotations in response to client inquiries (RFQs).Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing.Manage the full procurement cycle from purchase orders to delivery coordination.Build and maintain a reliable supplier network.

RequirementsExperience: Minimum 5 years in Marine Supply or a similar maritime/logistics field.Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent command of English (written & spoken) for responding to client inquiries and communicating with suppliers.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
