Property Consultant

Demonstrates products “property units” to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.Interviews clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Flexible shifts.Basic salary is negotiable based on experience.

Proven work experience as Property ConsultantFully understanding property management and its financial aspectsIn depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property managementCompetency in MS Office and relevant databases and softwareCustomer focus and bottom line orientationInterpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skillsWell organized with excellent time management skills
