Production and Maintenance Engineer

Core Responsibilities:Maintenance & Repair: Develop and execute preventive/predictive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (including PLCs).Production Support: Support daily production activities, ensuring machines run at maximum efficiency.Improvement Projects: Identify and implement engineering solutions to enhance machinery reliability and production speed.Safety & Compliance: Ensure all equipment operates within safety standards and maintain accurate maintenance logs.Documentation & Spares: Maintain documentation for repairs, and manage inventory of authorized spare parts

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting, PLC systems, CAD software, and reading technical schematics.Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on machinery repair.Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and ability to lead or work within a team.
