Mechanical Site Engineer

Supervise and monitor all mechanical site activities (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, etc.) for buildings and landscape areas.Ensure works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project quality standards.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Civil, Electrical, Architectural, Landscape, Infrastructure, Irrigation) and contractors.Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.Monitor contractor performance, installation progress, testing, and handover.Review daily/weekly progress reports.Attend site meetings and provide technical recommendations.Identify technical issues and advise on corrective actions.Act as the Consultant’s representative on site to ensure full compliance with contract requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.5–10 years of experience in MEP supervision.At least 2–3 years in a consultancy role.Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.Good understanding of Egyptian building codes and standards.Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skillGood command of MS Office & AutoCAD.
