Job Description

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across offline and digital channels.
Brief, manage, and oversee our external marketing agency, ensuring on-time, on-brand, and high-quality delivery.
Plan and coordinate ATL/BTL campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
Manage digital marketing activities including social media, paid campaigns, content, and performance tracking.
Manage vendor and supplier relationships, budgets, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROl and brand growth.
Collaborate with sales and retail teams to design and execute in-store promotional campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports and dashboards for senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum +5 years of experience in marketing, with solid exposure to both offline (ATL/BTL, events, retail) and digital marketing
Proven experience managing external agencies and vendors and driving execution
Strong project management skills and the maturity to work independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
FMCG, F&B, or specialty manufacturing/retail background is a plus
Ability to commute to or reside in El Obour City, Cairo
