AVSEC Compliance Supervisor

Implements & updates Quality Control Program.Monitors & Implements Security Measures and Quality Control.Supervises the implementation of the training plan for security department.Improvs security performance.Writes and compiles detailed reports on security compliance inspections including airport operations, hotels and company town offices.

Conducts stations’ start-up security inspections and ensure NILE AIR and all service providers comply with NILE AIR security requirements.

Sets and implements annual audit plan to cover all stations inside & outside Egypt.Manages the security compliance audit program and ensures that pre-audits, audits and post audit activities are carried out effectively.Provides annual statistics & reports containing remarks to be avoided and take corrective action.

Coordinates with the NILE AIR quality management and work as an integrated team to improve the performance of aviation security.

University degree.English proficiency.Position of Military service.Good appearance.General information.Pass medical examination.Have working knowledge of quality control principles; risk assessment and knowledge of the ICAO annexure 17, ECAR Part 108,109,110 and other related regulations.Have strong knowledge of Aircraft Operators’ Security Programmes and National Civil Aviation Security Programmes.Must have no criminal record and compliance with the security clearance procedures.Have a strong understanding of airline operations such as Cargo, Catering, Ground Operations, Commercial, Cabin Services, Flight Operations, etc.3-5 years’ experience in aviation Security environment.
