Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Tender Engineer Intern to join our technical office.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the pre-construction phase of projects, where accuracy and strategic pricing are key.

You will work closely with our senior engineering team to analyze project requirements and help prepare winning competitive bids.The intern will learn:Tender Analysis: How to interpret project drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).Estimation Techniques: Methods for calculating material quantities and labor costs accurately.Market Research: Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and compare competitive quotations.Technical Writing: Preparing technical proposals and ensuring all tender documentation meets client requirements.Commercial Strategy: Understanding the financial aspects of bidding, including profit margins and overhead calculations.Workflow Management: How a professional technical office operates under strict submission deadlines.Duration: 6 months
