Application Delivery Manager - HCM

A software company specialized in HR solutions and business applications is looking for an Application Delivery Manager

• HCM to lead and manage its HR applications delivery department.The company’s HR system includes multiple modules and solutions such as Core HR, employee management, attendance, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, self-service, and other HR and talent-related functionalities.

The role is responsible for managing the department’s delivery and operational activities across implementation projects, support services, training activities, and application delivery operations.The ideal candidate will lead delivery and support operations, manage departmental planning and resource utilization, supervise service execution across multiple projects and clients, and work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage the HR applications delivery department, including implementation and support operations across multiple projects and clients.Manage delivery and support teams to ensure effective execution, operational efficiency, service quality, and proper resource utilization.Work closely with Project Managers on project planning, delivery priorities, execution follow-up, and operational alignment.Monitor operational performance, project progress, delivery risks, support escalations, and issue resolution activities.Coordinate between consultants, technical teams, management, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery execution and alignment.Support process improvements, operational governance, team development, and continuous enhancement initiatives.Prepare operational and delivery status reports for management follow-up and decision-making.

5–8 years of experience in HR applications delivery and project management.Previous experience managing software implementation and support operations is a must.Strong understanding of HR applications, HR workflows, implementation processes, and support operations.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.Strong operational management, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Very good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
