Warehouse Keeper

Record the quantity, type, and value of material, equipment and supplies stocked in the warehouse.Initiate requests for replenishment in order to avoid shortage of supplies.Receive, check, count, store, and record data on the computer.Issue supplies, tools, equipment and other articles to users, make sure that forms are duly signed and updated data on the computer.Process regular physical count of stock and compare it with recorded data including the annual inventory.Organize supplies in the warehouse including identification of items and respect of safety and security measures.Receive, check and deliver suppliers’ items (logistics).Deliver supplies to requesting departments.Handle all related stock operations and avoid any discrepancy (Physical vs Theoretical).Report to the stock controller for any discrepancy, incident, or any service improvement in a timely manner.

bachelor's degree or high school diploma.V. good in MS Office (especially Excel).ERP systems like SAP or Odoo.Knowledge of inventory counting, FIFO methods (First-In, First-Out).Strong attention to detail to prevent stock loss or shipping mistakes.
