Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive flock health management programs.Supervise veterinarians and farm staff across multiple poultry farms.Monitor flock performance indicators (mortality rate, feed conversion ratio, weight gain).Design and execute vaccination and medication programs.Ensure strict adherence to biosecurity measures across all sites.Investigate disease outbreaks and take corrective actions promptly.Coordinate with production, feed, and farm management teams to optimize results.Maintain accurate veterinary records and reporting systems.Ensure compliance with local veterinary regulations and quality standards.Train farm teams on best practices in poultry health and welfare.Evaluate and introduce new technologies and veterinary practices.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine.Valid veterinary license.Additional certifications in poultry health or farm management are a plus.#Experience:Minimum 8–12 years of experience in poultry veterinary care.At least 3–5 years in a managerial role within poultry farms (broiler/layer/breeder).
