Job Description

Contact leads generated through marketing campaigns.Explain diploma and training program details to prospective students.Follow up consistently with interested candidates.Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets.Build strong relationships with students and parents.Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the registration process.Coordinate with the academic and operations teams when needed.

1–3 years of experience in Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, or Educational Sales.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong follow-up and closing abilities.Experience using CRM systems is a plus.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Bachelor's degree preferred.
