Job Description

*Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets within assigned territories and market segments.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Promote DOTS products, particularly wellhead and well control equipment, by clearly explaining technical specifications, advantages, and product performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
Conduct client visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site assessments when required.
Track market developments, competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.- 3–7 years of experience in technical sales.- Previous experience with wellhead and well control equipment is strongly preferred.- Strong ability to interpret and understand technical product specifications.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Proven ability to build and manage long-term B2B client relationships.
