Job Description

Role Overview;The Social Media Supervisor is responsible for leading the brand’s digital presence across all social platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging, and performance-driven content that reflects MATGR’s identity as a leading mobility solutions provider.

This role combines content strategy, execution, performance tracking, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Planning ·· Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned business objectives · Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms· Plan coverage for launches, activations, test drives, exhibitions, and CSR initiatives

Content Creation & Supervision· Supervise creation of: Posts (static, carousel) \ Stories (daily coverage) \ Reels & short-form videos · Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators · Ensure content reflects MATGR’s premium yet approachable positioning

3.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation · Stay updated with social media trends, especially in: Automotive & mobility

Lifestyle & events
Short-form video content · Propose new content ideas and formats

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field 5–8 years of experience in social media management (automotive or lifestyle preferred)

Strong understanding of platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, SnapchatExperience in event/activation coverage is a strong plus

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field 5–8 years of experience in social media management (automotive or lifestyle preferred)
