Job descriptionJob Title: Technical Office Architect EngineerLocation: Hyde Park Project – 6th of October / New Cairo, Egypt

Job Description:We are looking for a qualified Technical Office Architect Engineer with 4–7 years of experience to join our team for the Hyde Park Project in 6th of October or New Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.

Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.

Prepare quantity take-offs and material submittals.

Follow up on technical approvals and project documentation.

Provide technical support to the construction and site teams.

Assist in project planning, reporting, and progress tracking.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering. 4–7 years of experience in Technical Office activities within construction projects.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Previous experience in residential or mixed-use projects is preferred.
