Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
+3 years of experience managing on-site operations and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in quality control standards to ensure projects meet required regulations and client expectations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams on site.
