Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end to end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and awarding.
Handle procurement of civil construction materials, subcontractors, and services.
Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare procurement packages.
Evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure cost efficiency.
Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, and Finance teams to support project delivery.
Monitor suppliers’ performance and ensure timely delivery.
Develop procurement reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering ✔ Minimum 7 years of procurement experience within construction & real estate development ✔ Strong experience in supplier management, tendering, BOQs, and commercial negotiations ✔ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Analysis) ✔ Experience with Power BI and ERP systems is a plus
