Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and drivenSales Managerto lead and develop our nationwide sales team in the furniture sector.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving company sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring consistent sales growth across all Egyptian governorates.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide, motivate, and monitor a team of 7 sales representatives working in different regions.

  • Lead, supervise, and develop a team of 7 sales representatives across Egypt.
  • Set individual and team sales targets aligned with company goals.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve national coverage and revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare periodic sales reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and furniture retailers.
  • Conduct regular market visits to support team members and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure proper product knowledge and sales skills across the team through coaching and on-the-job training.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with brand strategy and product availability.
  • Handle customer escalations and support closing major deals.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to management for business development decisions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in thefurniture, distribution or FMCG industryis highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across Egypt.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
