Job Description

Job PurposeWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead and drive our FMCG sales operations in Egypt, with a strong focus on the Food and Chocolate category.

The role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing sales organization to achieve aggressive growth and profitability targets.

Experience15+ years of progressive experience in Sales and Commercial roles.Strong background in FMCG, preferably within Food & Chocolate industry.Proven experience in senior leadership or Sales Director-level roles.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Core CompetenciesStrong Sales Strategy & Execution capabilitiesProven track record in achieving ambitious sales targetsDeep FMCG & Food industry knowledge (Egypt market preferred)Strong Business Development & Strategic Planning skillsExcellent Key Account Management & Negotiation skillsStrong Market Analysis & P&L management capabilityExceptional leadership and people management skillsHigh commercial acumen and decision-making ability
