Job Description

We are looking for a female recent graduate who is ready to join our friendly, dynamic reception team.

This is not your average reception role; in addition to welcoming customers you will be required to schedule appointments, take payments, update information using word/excel and keep manual activity record.

As we are dealing mainly with children and their parents a friendly attitude with good customer service skills is essential.

The working language is mainly English but we need native Arabic speaker.

This would suit someone who doesn't like early mornings - our working day mainly starts at around 1.30pm.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • good English/native Arabic
  • excellent customer service skills
  • good computer skills
  • ability to work under pressure during busy periods
  • ability to work both independently and as a team
  • living within easy travelling distance to New Cairo
