Product Support Specialist

Review and approve estimates based on product availability and pricing.Prepare and deliver weekly reports on operations tracking sales orders (SOs) received by customers.Monitor sales orders, identify those still open, and analyze reasons for delays.Coordinate with the Operation Support when restocked parts become available, ensuring customer orders can be fulfilled.Manage deal registration processes with vendors and partners.Provide regular reports and updates to Associate Product Operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in operations, product Management, or Product Support.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
